The Bell County Cooperative for Exceptional Children (BCCEC) proudly serves as the special education department for Bartlett ISD, Granger ISD, Holland ISD, Rogers ISD, and Troy ISD. Our team provides direct instructional services and related supports for students with low-incidence disabilities through multi-district classrooms located on school campuses across Bell County.
We are a team of dedicated educators, therapists, and support staff who work hand-in-hand with campus teams, administrators, and families. From specialized instruction to IEP facilitation, our focus is always on meeting the unique needs of each student in a way that is meaningful, inclusive, and empowering.
At BCCEC, we believe in collaboration, compassion, and high expectations. We are proud to be part of the school communities we serve—and even prouder to support the exceptional students who inspire us every day.
