Welcome to the Bell County CEC
The Bell County Cooperative for Exceptional Children (Bell County CEC) is a special education shared services arrangement for Bartlett ISD, Granger ISD, Holland ISD, Rogers ISD, and Troy ISD. We serve students with disabilities by providing direct instructional support, related services, and expertise across multiple school campuses in our member districts.
Our team is fully integrated into each school community. From specialized classroom instruction to IEP meeting facilitation, we work alongside district staff, teachers, and families to ensure every student receives the services and support they need to thrive.
